  22.   Here at UC Berkeley "hate speech" is against university rules.  A
  23.   student here was recently kicked out of his dorm because he made an
  24.   anti-gay remark.  When Bruce Herschensohn came to give a talk here
  25.   on campus, the Cal-Democrats popped balloons, shouted names, and
  26.   didn't give him a chance to respond when the audience asked 
  27.   questions.  Free speech only applies to non-conservatives on this
  28.   campus.
