  42. There is an important difference between people banding together to guarantee
  43. their individual rights, and people banding together to guarantee their group
  44. rights.  A society which respects individual rights can be tolerant and
  45. liberal and provide the widest latitude for human achievement and happiness.
  46. A society that respects group rights is a society which institutionalizes
  47. racism, limits the latitude for human achievement, guarantees division and
  48. separatism, and precludes tolerance and harmony.  Look around you and see which
  49. we have today.
