- Perhaps it's because Bush *invited* him to the briefing, not Clinton *requesting*
- a briefing...hmmm...didn't think of that did you...If you haven't realized it, a
- briefing, called by Bush, generally means *Bush* has something to say...so why
- not just let him have his say...i.e. "I want to talk about whatever he wants to
- talk about..."
