  24. And then again, there was the woman quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer
  25. Magazine. I don't remember her name, but she's an American expatriate
  26. living in France, and her comment on the scandal about Gary Hart:  "In
  27. France, the people would not care if the Prime Minister kept three mistresses,
  28. so long as he did his job.  [About Ronald Reagan:]  How dare he not
  29. provide health care and take care of the elderly?"  It would probably be
  30. possible to find the actual article, if I looked hard enough.
