- You have presented a false alternative. Would you agree that the state
- should be the answer to some of our problems, say hunger? Or would you
- say that not enough people are hungry to worry about it?

-
- I see. The job of the government is to insure that everybody works hard.

- Yes. We remember. Your know-nothing relatives are all liberals.

-
- Evolution in biology texts? Sex ed? Calculus? As for the NEA, that's
- an unfortunate example -- not many Republican unions out there. As
- for lobbyists in general, the conservatives have their fair share.

- That's a lot of lousy history teachers. Did you have any good ones?

- Let's play pleasant. I'll take the democrats. I'll provisionally fill
- in your team, just to give you the idea. Then we'll play nice.

- Pat Moynihan vs. Alfonse D'Amato.
- Henry Gonzales vs. Newt Gingrich.
- George Mitchel vs. Robert Dole.
- Fritz Hollings vs. Oren Hatch.
- Paul Simon vs. Arlan Specter
- [Concede loss] vs. Bob Dornan
-
- But you said bitter and miserable. I lose. You're right. Conservatives
- make everybody miserable.

-
- I know you can spell "answer." I know you could have found "country's"

- take the poster seriously. It also makes for clumsy reading.
- Take that extra couple of minutes to proofread.
