  33. Not so fast! At last, a justification for a flame war! If you want to 
  34. read some hilarious comments about this subject, read some of 
  35. Stanley Kelly-Bootle's columns in Unix Review. His stories about trying
  36. to convince editors that a period in a piece of code must be outside
  37. of the quote marks are funny beyond belief.

  39. Of course, though, the real reason the period appears inside the 
  40. quotation marks is BECAUSE IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO! DOESN'T ANYBODY 
  41. BELIEVE IN VALUES ANYMORE? PERIODS BELONG IN QUOTATION MARKS AND IT'S
  42. ABOUT TIME WE STAND UP AND STOP THIS APOSTASY AGAINST OUR GRAMMAR!
