  22.     If you think about it they most certianly are.  Look at all of
  23. the atmospheric damage done in the past 100 years.  How much of it was
  24. done by cars, and how much by nuclear weapons.  Not to mention the
  25. ground polution (old cars, old tires, gasoline leaks, etc) and the
  26. water polution (again, old cars, old tires, gasoline leaks, etc).
  27.     Besides that Al barely mentioned cars in his book.  The
  28. republicons have blown what he said way out of proportion.
