  14. Well, in the case of the Atari ST glasses, the right/left images would be 
  15. displayed every other screen refresh. Ordinarily, the ST refreshes its color
  16. display at 60hz. With the glasses you got an effective refresh rate of 30hz, 
  17. even though it was still going 60. The effect was still stunning...
