  35. poses significant challenges for scholars and policy makers.  An 
  36. examination of these issues should be a part of every undergraduate media 
  37. program.  Howard Frederick's excellent textbook provides a cogent and 
  38. exhaustive overview of the issues raised by the transborder communication 
  39. of values, attitudes, opinions, information, and data by individuals, 
  40. groups, people, institutions, governments and information technologies.

  51. undergraduate programs.  It will a significant resource for graduate 
  52. students and other researchers.
