  14. Harry Martin of the Napa Sentinel on the phone shares these bits:

  16.  Michael Riconesciutto (sp?), former CIA computer whiz, has filed a
  17. declaration with a federal grand jury in Chicago, investigating the
  18. INSLAW software piracy (by the Justice Dept.) case.  He demanded
  19. access to his "equipment" [by which I think is meant PCs or such] to
  20. call up files before the jury and show them the evidence.  His written
  21. declaration to the GJ included a list of things he worked on,
  22. including "monoclonal antibodies for gene-specific and/or
  23. race-specific bio-warfare" and imaging systems to track movement of
  24. people in any exposed area on the planet.

  26.  Just after Michael R. handed in this declaration, his wife was
  27. arrested in Napa (after leaving Harry's office!) on a 3 year old
  28. warrant for "custodial interference" i.e. a child custody problem.
  29. The father of kids in question did NOT enforce the warrant, but the
  30. federal agent who arrested Michael on trumped up drug charges last
  31. year.  The authorities in Napa had the warrant and her whereabouts for
  32. five days before arresting her, moving in only after the declaration
  33. was made in Chicago.
