- what if the non-custodial parent does not want to be " divorced"
- from his non-custodial parent? And thirdly, why should the custodial
- parent bare the complete financial burden of raising the child?
- And finally, why should the child have to suffer financial hardship
- because on parent is " let off the hook" so to speak?
