  24. what if the non-custodial parent does not want to be " divorced"
  25. from his non-custodial parent?  And thirdly, why should the custodial
  26. parent bare the complete financial burden of raising the child?
  27. And finally, why should the child have to suffer financial hardship
  28. because on parent is " let off the hook" so to speak?
