  19. Jirel of Joiry was by C.L Moore.  There is a collection of her stories
  20. still in print, I think, in paperback.  C.L. Moore was one of the few
  21. female authors of early SF.

  23. I don't even *remember* what my first SF book was.  Sigh... I'd guess it
  24. was either something by Andre Norton or a doctors in space by another
  25. Norton... I read most of my high school library when I was in high school
  26. and bored by the classwork.  Anderson to Zelazny...  :)
