- Well, that's putting it strongly. Let's say that they have not been
- released yet. Not quite the same thing. Maybe somebody needs to speak
- to your local rep about how software is developed.

- I don't think the release date has been announced. One can draw some
- general conclusions from the company's public positions: that it's
- releasing the various AutoCAD configurations more quickly than it has in
- the past, and that Windows is a platform of major importance.

- I'm not quite sure what this means. If the R11 Windows extension didn't
- work, the company wouldn't be shipping it. I hope. If you mean, will
- it work in conjunction with R12, the answer is yes: on a special
- one-time-only deal, the databases of R11 and R12 are completely (well,
- supposed to be completely) compatible in both directions; so you can
- edit a drawing with alternate versions on alternate days, or whatever.
