- I know this is alt.beer and all, but a friend of mine has produced a few
- batches of mead at home using honey, tap water, and active dry yeast (the
- breadbaking stuff). It turned out fairly well, with alcohol content in
- the 10-15% range. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience
- regarding mead production? (Improved quality, maturation time, etc)
- Questions welcome, too.
