- 1) This topic probably belongs in rec.crafts.brewing, where this
- "religious war" question surfaces on occasion (see the FAQ there);
- 2) The majority of homebrewers would beg to differ with Allen Warren's
- opinion above. If in fact the "only real difference is in
- convenience," nobody would use liquid yeast - liquid yeast costs
- more to buy and is less convenient to use than dry yeast. The
- results are (IMO) far superior than dry yeast. YMMV.
