- Thomas Hardy is considered an Old Ale, but is stronger than barley wines.
- It has been listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the worlds strongest
- beer, a distinction also held by Samiclaus and EKU 28 (Kulminator) on occasion,
- and one year, a 68 I think, was the strongest beer ever measured. I have a
- bottle in my basement but it's only a 91 so I am letting it age for a
- special occasion.
