- Gentlemen,
-
- You probably both know how easily context can be lost with usenet
- discussions. The suggestion to try Samuel Adams Boston Lager was
- offered in response to Heather who said that Bud Dry was her "fave"
- beer. Where better to start somone on the road to better beer drinking
- than a Pilsner like Sam Adams? I'll admit there are good, interesting
- beers out there that have to be tried. However, if you were encouraging
- someone who loves Bud Dry to expand her horizons, a natural first step
- is Sam Adams. Also where I come from, Anchor Steam is about $7.50 a
- six versus about $5.79 for Sam Adams. For someone trying to improve
- on the Bud products, sticker shock can be a factor.
-
- What I like about Sam Adams: there's an incredible balance to it.
-
- Cheers.
