- Here's the little I know about Stammwuerze.
- Stammwuerze denotes the soluble substances in the beer right before
- fermentation, mainly maltrose and dextrines. The Stammwuerze is usually
- 3 times as high as the resulting alcohol content, so the beers the tourists
- drank contained only 4% alcohol :^) .
