  13. As far as I know (by reading Michael Jackson's column in CAMRA's
  14. What's Brewing), cask beer is available in the US. Apparently many
  15. pub-breweries serve their ale without extraeneous gas as per 
  16. the "real ale" definition. Sorry, I don't have the names of any to
  17. hand at the moment.
