- WWCP is its name. More specifically, it is a WWIV <-> Waffle program.
-
- There is also a new program used to bring FidoNet to a WWIV board called
- WWIVgate. I'm working on setting that up myself.

- Single? There are quite a few large hubs. Most of them are designed to be
- hubs and the others are just regular boards with many connections.

-
- Yep. It's really an excellent system. I'm only four hops away from the
- author's board in Southern California, and am only three hops away via IceNET.
- I only have to wait two or three days for a piece of mail I send him.

-
- That is a nice feature. I don't fully understand why it was left out of the
- latest version of the networking software, but it is being re-written in.
-
- There's been a pretty big argument brewing in WWIVLink over the cost factors.
- The processor they wrote for themselves can implement the cost factors, but it
- can't handle the huge influx of new systems that the latest version brought.
- Most people are upset because the update system isn't working while a few
- others don't want to switch to the author's version which doesn't use the cost
- factors.
-
- All in all, it may seem to the outsider rather silly to see three WWIV net
- addresses in my .sig, but all three networks are unique in and of themselves.
