  11. Below is a letter I have written to President elect, and Vice President
  12. Clinton/Gore regarding UFO secrecy. I would appreciate any constructive
  13. comments...

  27. Dear Mr. Clinton and Mr. Gore,
  28.  
  29. This is not a letter of congratulations on your win of the
  30. presidency, but I do congratulate you, and  wish you great success
  31. in the years to come.

  33. The reason I am writing to you is to inform you that as a regular
  34. member of UFO discussion groups on USENET and other electronic
  35. media, there is growing awareness that the US government has
  36. systematically hidden the truth of regular UFO radar sightings at
  37. military installations, UFO crashes and recoveries, and possibly
  38. even extraterrestrial (ET) visitation, communication, and
  39. agreements made with races from beyond our planet.

  41. I will not define or argue these charges, since they are well
  42. documented in books such as Timothy Good's "Above Top Secret",
  43. Michael Lindemann's "UFO's; Six Viewpoints" and William Hamilton's
  44. "Cosmic Top Secret" as well as dozens of other literary works of a
  45. similar nature.

  47. What I do call for you to do during your administration is wipe
  48. clean the veil of UFO secrecy that has existed in this country
  49. since 1945, and declassify all information relating to UFO
  50. sightings, ET visitation and contact, and any communication or
  51. agreements made with such beings.

  53. The American people have a right to know the truth regarding their
  54. place in the galaxy; and the government, being "of, for, and by the
  55. people" has an obligation to US citizens to make the truth known,
  56. and stop hiding it behind the false curtain called "National
  57. Security".

  59. If you truly believe that the American people deserve an honest
  60. government, then the "Secret Government", the lie that UFO's do not
  61. exist, the truth about US government involvement in drug dealing,
  62. money laundering, black projects intended for defense against alien
  63. races or space/world domination; all must be brought out into the
  64. open and laid bare before the people, so that we can take our
  65. country back from the CIA, the NSA, and the other agencies that
  66. would usurp our constitutional rights.

  68. I was very glad to hear of your recent meetings with Mr. Bill
  69. Moyers, and I do believe this is a great statement on your part
  70. that you intend to help the american people and create and honest
  71. government. I call upon you to rid us of the Secret Government, to
  72. tear-down the wall of deciet that has separated the people from the
  73. truth for so many decades, and make the US a truly
  74. democratic society, and the world, a better place to live.

  77. the greatness that is within you, and protect liberty and
  78. happiness for us all.
