- I don't recall Mr. Arnold saying that the Freenet would be the same
- system as the SICL or that it would be administered under the same
- policies. The creation of a Freenet is completely CONSISTENT with
- these policies as universities often have to enforce guidelines on
- the usage of student accounts and students who want more "free" or
- "unrestricted" access have to look elsewhere (i.e., Freenet).

- I have no idea who Tim Arnold is, but your post is clearly a
- personal attack which has little to do with the Freenet issue.
