  28. without their explicit consent - even if their name has been mentioned?

  30. I vote no.  Stop now.  Hurtfully dragging the identity of a person who
  31. is already needing to be more in control of his/her life through usenet
  32. continually is bad.  Possible prior errors in judgement are not a good
  33. enough reason to be hurtful.

  35. That said it is not always best to be overly protective of victims,
  36. either, for roughly the same reasons.  I have this failing however,
  37. and have to be careful thereof - and am also guilty of prior errors in
  38. judgement on similar matters.
