  12. My city has a recycling progam. I have to seperate waste into three 
  13. categories.

  15. This morning a news item discussed recycling programs. It showed many tons
  16. of reccyled materials being dumped in land fills. There is not sufficient
  17. demand for the recycled materials.

  19. I am angry.

  21. Why is there no demand for the recycled materials?
  22. Why is one required to seperate waste to be hauled to a land fill?
  23. Who is paying for what?
  24. If all costs of useage of new materials and of recycled materials, inluding
  25. disposal, collection etc. which would be cheaper?

  27. What would the libertarian candidates do about this situation, now not
  28. in some distant future?
