  17. It would seem that your definition of understanding and caring is nothing more  than pandering to a small minority who have nothing better to do than infect
  18. themselves with the HIV virus in one way or another.  Real caring would consist
  19. of doing things to PREVENT the problem, not just allowing people to do their
  20. 'thing' and provide them with instant cures---thus doing in responsibility and
  21. ethical behaviour.
