It would seem that your definition of understanding and caring is nothing more than pandering to a small minority who have nothing better to do than infect
themselves with the HIV virus in one way or another. Real caring would consist
of doing things to PREVENT the problem, not just allowing people to do their
'thing' and provide them with instant cures---thus doing in responsibility and
ethical behaviour.
