  19. Mark, I must disagree with you here.  Being anti-abortion is not
  20. a Christian position, as abortion is not addressed in the Bible.
  21. Many, many Christian denominations are pro-choice.

  23. The anti-abortion position is a _political_ position adopted by
  24. people who happen to be Christian.  It may or may not be part of
  25. a larger political movement with the aim of reducing women, once
  26. again, to second-class status in this country.
