- I'd seriously doubt it, because there are at least *two* unions within HPD
- -- but more importantly, Texas is an open-shop state, so the police don't
- have to join a union in order to join a police force. (Even if officers can
- decline to participate in removing OR idiots, that in no way means that
- every HPD officer will do so -- and if said OR idiots are blocking legal
- access to *any* building, they will be moved, one way or another.) You
- planning on coming down with the other foreigners and spending some time on
- North Main?
