  14.          Anyone with an account at the Royal Bank of Scotland will have received
  15.            a note with their most recent bank statement giving information about
  16.              their Complaints and Compliments leaflets, which are now to hand in
  17.                                                                        branches.
  18.
  19.         When I got mine, I unfortunately forgot that I had recently been charged
  20.           8 pounds for being 25 pounds overdrawn for 3 days, and that a few days
  21.         after that I had been charged 25.60 pounds for 25 Irish pounds' worth of
  22.       Irish currency, worth 22.75 UK pounds.  So I wrote `Why can't we have left
  23.                                handed cheque books?' on my form and returned it.
  24.
  25.          Seems a reasonable request to me.  Anyone else want to add their voice
  26.                                                                        to mine?
