  11. I heard today that ESA's ERS-1 Satellite has been down since July 16th
  12. or so.   Anyone else hear this?   Anyone know the scoop?  It appears that
  13. they are being fairly tight lipped about it, (given this thread it's not
  14. too surprising).  Any info would be appreciated.
