  14. Maybe nothing directly.  Maybe something through some atomic sized Rube
  15. Goldberg chain reaction -- the photon illuminates the cheese which starts
  16. the mouse running, which pulls the string tied to his foot ...

  18. This whole body of anecdotal indications of self-sustaining chain reactions
  19. points to some sort of "store and delayed release" mechanism.  There might
  20. be more than one way to get into the initial first state.  Have all isomers
  21. been identified and characterized?  How are they born, how long do they live,
  22. how do they die?
