- This is actually the point. Design 'risks' of the SSC arise from,
- among other things, never having made magnets of that performance
- and never having put it together before. Design
- 'risks' of SSF arise from, among other things, never having put something
- like that together *in space*. I 'know' that it can be put
- together on the ground. Which is more 'risky'?
