- Another brief question. Anyone have any accurate figures regarding the
- numbers of documented cases of HIV transmission through oral contact,
- broken down by male->male, male->female, female->male, female->female
- and distinguished between performing and receiving? It's my understanding
- that there are only two confirmed cases where oral sex was the vector
- of transmission, in both cases male->male with the person receiving the
- semen aquiring the infection. I've also heard that there are only two
- documented cases of HIV infection between homosexual female partners,
- in both cases where sex toys were shared.
-
- Can anybody verify any of this, or provide me with more accurate or
- realistic statistics or pointers where to find same? Thanks again in
- advance.
