  13. While it is difficult to evaluate, SYSTAT has made public claims that
  14. STATISTICA has used reverse engineering to make some of its products and
  15. has a public document that rails on about STATISTICA's algorithms,
  16. errors in analysis, etc.  I have no set opinion about any of these
  17. allegations, but a quick call to each of STATISTICA and SYSTAT will
  18. get you a couple of large envelopes of arguments.

  20. One concern that seems persistent is the lack of identifiable 
  21. STATISTICIANS on the staff.
