- Just to elaborate on propriety a bit, NSF has ruled (as I posted in a
- BIONEWS posting about a year ago) that marketing surveys **could** be
- posted to the net provided that they were in support of products used
- for research and educational purposes. I think that at the very least
- we would need to get a better idea from Boston Consulting as to whom
- the consumers of this information will be before deciding whether or
- not the posting is appropriate. For those who may not be familiar
- with business 8-), Boston Consulting Group is one of the premier
- consulting firms in the business world, and I would assume that they
- are being well-paid by not insignificant clients for this study.
