- You describe classic symptoms of either migraine headaches or of
- untreated glaucoma. I have suffered from both and would describe
- what I saw exactly as you have. This would explain why some people
- see it and some don't! Glaucoma is the more sinister possibility,
- because if it goes untreated it will probably result in blindness,
- over timescales that range from years down to hours depending on
- the severity. See your ophthalmologist while you still can.
