  10. I'd very much like to hear from anyone who is digitizing charts
  11. in their forecast room.  These would include MSL anals/progs,
  12. and aviation/marine SIG WX.

  14. In case the term "digitize" is ambiguous - I mean a system
  15. where a chart is saved as a series of points (e.g. lat/long)
  16. with a description of what the point represents (e.g. front,
  17. MSL isobar, 250hPa height).

  19. My interest is not in the programming details, but in the 
  20. implementation - particular the user interface and digitizing
  21. hardware.
