  13. A comment on all of this carpooling stuff, and commuting via bicycle.

  16. drive a car.  Not so, in California anyway, strange to some of you as
  17. this may seem.... The licence to drive is a *privelege*, NOT a *right*.
  18. Check your DMV handbook.  This is why the state can pull your licence.
