  25. As John said in the rest of his article, had you taken the trouble to read it,
  26. if we used breeder reactors, the so-called "nuclear waste" we've got lying
  27. around already would make it unnecessary for us do dig another hole in the
  28. ground for the next hundred years.  Perhaps ideology has gotten in the way of
  29. your literacy?
