  10. Why not use suft tubing (surgical tubing) with a lever that pinches it off?

  31. This has the advantage of not wasting the water when off.
  32. Instead if a blader you might be able to use a plunger that slides inside the 
  33. tubing.  
  34. I suppose if the bladder were bigger than the tube, you wouldn't need the 
  35. lever.
