- Once upon a time, Radio Shack sold a small box that made such tones.
- (Radio Shack is known as Tandy Corporation in Europe). I'm not sure if you
- can get the U.S. product line in Europe, but they are cheap and asking is
- easy. The other thing to check is if the TouchTone box you buy makes the
- same set of tones in Europe as the United States. I think the DTMF tone
- standard is the same around the world, but it would be a good thing to
- check. About the only other option is to purchase a DTMF chip from
- somebody like Siemens or Motorola and build your own.
