- This was a big topic here not long ago, so you'll get better responses soon.
- Until then, here's an idea or two:

- run the transparency through the laser printer a few times. The slop in
- the paper feed mechanism should be enough that the dots overlap.

- or, print the pattern several times, each on its own transparency, and
- stack them - this should also be enough to overlap the dots.
