  12.           TO  ANYBODY  WHO IS INTERESTING IN SCIENCE
  13.         We apply to everybody who interested in  future  Russian
  14. science; who   would  like  to assist  it  to integrate in World
  15. science society.
  16.         We need information about Funds and other  organizations
  17. who interested in  attraction russian  science organizations  to
  18. research within  the limits active and  plan science proects and
  19. directions of  this  researches   but also about  conditions  of
  20. precipitation  russian scientists   in this proects.  Besides we
  21. would like to know about questions of finance.
  22.         We pin   our hopes on  establishment of interaction  and
  23. development of international cooperation.
