  21. Hey, that's an easy one, it's 0%.  The Bureau of Labor Statistics does the
  22. CPI numbers for SMSAs, so I would try stopping by the library and checking
  23. the actual dates you need.  You might also be able to find it in the
  24. Statistical Abstract of the US or the City and County Data Book.
