- Hey, that's an easy one, it's 0%. The Bureau of Labor Statistics does the
- CPI numbers for SMSAs, so I would try stopping by the library and checking
- the actual dates you need. You might also be able to find it in the
- Statistical Abstract of the US or the City and County Data Book.
