This is what most people in my troop do: the egale canidate himself
must go out and contact the organizeation. In my area, many of the
parks have a list of projects. These are usually things they want
done, and normally would either contract out or do themselves. I
think all you should do is suggest some places to call, and the them
get the ideas from the place they are helping. Once they get started,
I don't see they will have too much trouble finding a project ("please,
please, please, give me an idea so that I can help you!") Good
organizeations would be Local Dept. of Recreation and Parks, Churches,
