I have been reading for a whle but just never posted anything, but now as the winter approaches, i need to know if anyone in the Troy, New York area knows
of any indoor on road or off road tracks, I am not new to the hobby, but have been away for a while so these "new tecnology" things are quite new to me.
I own a lynx II elite and i am currently thinking of going offroad, would someone
like to buy a slightly used lynx II elite and an rc10l??? the lynx has a Novack
T1x (vintage i know, but it works flawlessly) and the 10l is equipped with a mnechanical speed control. The 10l is like a test bed for adjustments and modifications done to the lynx so the 10l is in worse shape than the lynx
I have a mangnum 2pd AM and a magnum junior both with the stock futaba receivers
These cars are not in the best condition in the world but the run, and quit fast too i have won quite a few trophies with them both. I will ask about 300 for both cars both transmitters and 4 1400 scr 6 cell packs. (sound fair ??) they are bith in running condition sans bodies but they are easy to come by so please think about it, i will also throw in my JRX-2 which has been heavily modified, bu has no body speed ctrl or motor. it has four tires and a lite sink but it needs help, ie front shocks and some b
earings so i will throw that in for nothing.
I also have a Victor Hi Iq sr for sale*sob sob* I need money for school so the victor has to go i bought it for about 489 but now i see the prices have fallen
The unit is in TIP TOP shape as it is the prize of my RC outfit. I will ask about 300 negt.
I think that is all i have at the moment, but if anyone is interested in a field box (rc car field box that is) i also have one that is heavily modified. It has two transformers wired in parrallel for about 15 amps@13 volts it has two fans to cool each transformer seperately, it also has a teckin bc 100l integrated into the box. a draw and a storage hatch for tires and such, it can hoold one car (with a flexible antenna) and radia and all the gear you need to run the car ie motors batteries tires and lathe
and such. It has banana plugs for the Hi IQ and any other charger you wnat to plug in, and it has banana plug output for the tekin to charge your batteries on top of the fan( an added benifit of having fans) the box costs 100 dollars and the charger was 70 so in order to recoup my investment i will sell it for 150, with everything except tools and spare parts.
