  18. They used to be located on Archer Ave., maybe 4 or 5 miles southwest
  19. of downtown, not far from I-55 (the Stevenson Expressway).  J.C
  20. Whitney is the same as Warshawsky, the Whitney name being easier for
  21. Middle America to remember and pronounce, Warshawsky being more
  22. natural for Chicagoans.  They used to publish catalogs under both names.

  24. I recommend looking up both names in the phone book once you get to
  25. Chi-town, and giving them a call to find out their current location
  26. and whether they serve walk-in customers.  I have not been there for 
  27. 20 years.
