  27. I would think it's an allignment problem. I have a 1988 Grand Caravan.
  28. I rotated the tires *once* at about 10k. I had to replace the tires
  29. due to an accident at about 41k but the tread wear was nice and even.
  30. It's never a bad idea to do a front end allignment when you replace
  31. tires anyway and some shops will give you a "deal" on the package.
  32. In addition, and I'm not sure about this, the scallops may be due to
  33. worn shock/struts?. I know that some tire stores have displays showing
  34. certain wear patterns and what caused them so that's one way to check.
