- Here's another topic to add to the RTV discussion.

- As previously posted, I'm preparing to do a head job on my '86 Taurus 2.5L.
- The Haynes manual for my car says that I should use RTV when replacing the
- intake manifold gasket. The Chilton's doesn't.

- As a point of info, coolant is routed through the bottom half of the intake
- manifold on its way to the heater core. The same gasket covers the holes for
- both the coolant and fuel/air mix.

- To use the goo, or not to use the goo. That's the question.
