- If I remember this rightly (check the owners manual) When the
- flag comes down it is time to get the element in the converter changed.
- If this is the first time the flag has come down I think it is (was)
- a free service (under the emissions warrenty)

- In any event to get the flag back up (which is part of the
- service above) means taking the gauge cluster out of the IP
- and pulling the spedo to get a tool into the housing to push
- the flag into place.
