  22.      If I remember this rightly (check the owners manual)  When the
  23. flag comes down it is time to get the element in the converter changed.
  24. If this is the first time the flag has come down I think it is (was)
  25. a free service (under the emissions warrenty)

  27.   In any event to get the flag back up (which is part of the
  28. service above) means taking the gauge cluster out of the IP
  29. and pulling the spedo to get a tool into the housing to push
  30. the flag into place.
