- I have a 82 Honda Civic AT, with 120 k mile
- Basically, the car runs fine except at cold-starting
- when it stalled and die on the
- acceleration on first minute of driving.
- It only happened once and will be fine
- until next start. I have checked all plugs, wire,
- vacuum holes, and only found that EGR valve was clogged
- and rotor in distributor was pitted. I replaced
- both of them, but stalling still persists. I guess
- one of thermal sensors on the cylinder block that control EGR or thermal
- valves on thermostat housing was bad.
- Is there any Honda owner out there who has the same
- experience, I would like to hear from you.
- Thank you in advance.
